Stages of production

1. Galvanized steel roll is placed on unwinding device.
2. Coiled steel is cut to strips using the slitting gang shears.
3. Pit is used for strip tension.
4. Edge-winder collects the cutting waste.
5. Strips are supplied to the winding device trough separator.
6. Then the finished strips are transported to rolling mill.
7. The finished strips are placed on unwinding device and fitted into the rolling mill.
8. 16 working stands of the rolling mill form the profile required configuration within the specified dimensions.
9. Finished profile after the packing is ready for shipping.
